About the Role

Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and deploy robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams with zero latency.
- Research & Innovation: Lead R&D efforts in generative AI, predictive modeling, and quantum-assisted algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Optimization: Continuously fine-tune neural network architectures and model inference speeds to maximize efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of elite data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Strategic Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into core business solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
- NLP & LLMs: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing and experience fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
