Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in tech compliance or AI governance roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act and US AI regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML Ethics)
- Experience with bias mitigation frameworks (e.g., IBM Fairness 360)
- Strong background in data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
