Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional task forces to audit algorithmic fairness and bias mitigation
- Develop corporate policies aligning with emerging global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for transparency in AI decision-making
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging ethical risks in generative AI and quantum computing
- Author thought leadership publications on responsible AI adoption
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development lifecycle integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI governance, ethics, or technology policy with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (IEEE, EU Guidelines, OECD AI Principles)
- Proven track record influencing AI regulation or corporate policy development
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Public Policy, or related field
- Deep understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous systems
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Stanford HAI)
- Experience with regulatory bodies (FTC, NIST, EU AI Office)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical-ethical translations
