Responsibilities
- Develop and implement adaptive ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems
- Conduct preemptive ethical audits of quantum AI algorithms and neural networks
- Lead cross-functional ethics task forces across R&D, product, and legal teams
- Author position papers for international AI ethics summits and regulatory bodies
- Design human-in-the-loop protocols for high-stakes AI decision systems
- Establish real-time ethical monitoring dashboards for deployed AI infrastructure
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer AI ethics curricula for 2026 workforce
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, AI Governance, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and emerging 2026 AI regulatory frameworks
- Published work on algorithmic bias mitigation or value alignment
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and neural network interpretability
