Responsibilities

- Conduct predictive risk assessments for emerging AI technologies (2026-2030 roadmap)
- Lead cross-functional working groups with engineers, policymakers, and ethicists
- Author white papers on AI bias mitigation and algorithmic transparency standards
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption at industry conferences and regulatory hearings
- Design audit protocols for AI decision-making systems in high-stakes domains
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in AI governance or technology ethics leadership
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI (XAI)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Proven track record influencing AI policy at national/international level
- Expertise in deploying ethical AI frameworks in production environments
