- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive market trends and competitive threats
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for futuristic concepts (metaverse integration, decentralized systems)
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies or services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global markets
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in innovation or tech foresight
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
