Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and oversee the technical strategy required to achieve our 2026 vision, focusing on scalable AI infrastructure and next-gen cloud ecosystems.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of autonomous agents and advanced machine learning models into core business workflows to enhance efficiency and automation.
- Future-Proofing: Assess emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) and recommend scalable architectural changes to ensure long-term system resilience.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate high-level business goals into technical blueprints.
- Code & System Review: Maintain the highest standards of software engineering by reviewing complex system designs and leading architectural reviews.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security frameworks that align with future regulatory standards and global data sovereignty requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale technical projects.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
