Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with quantum computing experience
- Expertise in decentralized systems (Web3.0/blockchain) and AI governance
- Proven track record of scaling solutions for 10M+ user bases
- Certification in quantum-resistant cryptography (e.g., NIST PQC standards)
- Published research in sustainable technology or AI ethics
- Experience with federated learning frameworks
- Strong background in climate tech adaptation strategies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering preferred
