Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying critical infrastructure needs and emerging tech trends.
- Lead the design and implementation of a unified, next-gen architecture that supports real-time data processing and machine learning inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI models into legacy systems seamlessly.
- Ensure system scalability and high availability across distributed cloud environments.
- Establish security protocols and data governance frameworks for future-proofing our assets.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing concepts (2026-ready).
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and high-throughput data processing pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy and architectural decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
