Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmap focusing on quantum-AI convergence and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers in developing next-gen prototypes
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and translate opportunities into strategic initiatives
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through partnerships with DARPA, NSF, and Fortune 100 firms
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum encryption standards
- Present breakthrough innovations at global forums like TED and World Economic Forum
- Mentor junior talent through our FutureTech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling tech startups from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips, or carbon capture AI
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for AI and biotech innovation
- Experience securing government grants and corporate partnerships for moonshot projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
