Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying inflection points in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and engineers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and government agencies
- Develop market entry strategies for breakthrough technologies with $50M+ commercialization potential
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage $20M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused allocation methodologies
- Shape industry standards through white papers and keynote presentations at Davos/WEF events
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/bio)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience leading $50M+ R&D initiatives with measurable market impact
- Strong network in global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
