Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale next-gen solutions with 3-year commercialization timelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions for collaborative R&D
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact models
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technical architects to accelerate organizational capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or venture capital with proven 5-year+ horizon planning
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Track record of launching $10M+ commercial products from R&D to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks and technology adoption curve modeling
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., Nature, MIT Tech Review)
