Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for post-2025 innovation horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Identify and integrate breakthrough technologies from global research ecosystems
- Drive commercialization of carbon-negative AI frameworks and circular economy tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future-tech insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Tech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futuristics
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven R&D commercialization
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate-tech AI
- Successful track record of scaling innovations from lab to market
- Certification in Future Foresight Methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight)
- Portfolio of patented technologies or industry-defining products
