Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in and resources for strategic technology initiatives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex technical and business concepts
