- Develop ethical frameworks for sentient AI and neurotech deployment

- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants from NSF and DARPA programs
- Mentor a team of PhD-level futurists and computational biologists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Synthetic Biology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in C-level tech strategy with $1B+ product launches
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technologies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and neurotech
- Proven track record of securing federal innovation grants
- Deep network with DARPA, NSF, and World Economic Forum leadership
