Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech

- Deep network connections with Silicon Valley and global tech leaders
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Policy
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
