- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with 10-year business objectives
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quarterly tech trend symposiums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling digital transformation projects over $10M
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on futuristic tech applications
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech design
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants for future-tech initiatives
