Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to implement future-proof digital transformation
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Build and mentor a diverse team of futurists and technical architects
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven portfolio of future-facing innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience scaling technologies from lab to global markets
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in emerging tech standards and regulatory landscapes
