Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AR/VR, bio-integrated systems)
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging AI and automation technologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present future-tech strategies to investors and board members
- Mentor technical teams in emerging technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in future technologies or R&D
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough products
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech systems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with agile development in emerging tech domains
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on tech adoption trends post-2025
