Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum algorithms and neural-semantic AI
- Architect next-gen digital twin ecosystems for climate resilience modeling
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation governance
- Present visionary technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging technology strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI domains
- Proven track record of scaling technology roadmaps from concept to market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
