- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI, or Systems Engineering
- Proven track record of scaling technologies to $500M+ revenue
- Expertise in blockchain, nanotechnology, or climate tech innovation
- Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global partnerships
