Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen AI systems with embedded ethical frameworks and quantum-resistant security protocols
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions in climate tech and human-machine interfaces
- Develop predictive models for emerging technology adoption curves and societal impact
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech integration
- Mentor junior researchers while publishing breakthrough findings in IEEE Nature journals
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record deploying production-grade AI models with federated learning architectures
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, IEEE 7000) and bias mitigation protocols
- Experience with climate tech modeling (carbon capture, smart grids) or human augmentation tech
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, ACM) with >100 citations
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil)
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies and scenario planning tools
