Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Experience scaling AI/quantum solutions from lab to market
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks
- Proven track record of securing government innovation grants
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
