Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and geopolitical shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for clients in AI, biotech, climate resilience, and digital transformation
- Produce executive briefings and predictive intelligence reports for C-suite decision-makers
- Lead cross-functional workshops with industry stakeholders to co-create future strategies
- Monitor horizon scanning signals and maintain proprietary trend databases
- Present findings at international conferences and publish in industry journals
- Mentor junior analysts and cultivate a culture of innovative thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic analysis, consulting, or research with proven trend-forecasting track record
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Demonstrated experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
- Strong network in innovation ecosystems (startups, VCs, academic institutions)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or WFS) highly valued
