Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure sectors
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenario' workshops with C-suite executives and government partners
- Produce annual Horizon Scan Reports identifying disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum-integrated solutions
- Represent Horizon at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Summits as a future thought leader
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Architects program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Published work in Journal of Futures Studies or equivalent peer-reviewed publication
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation strategies
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-shaping initiatives with measurable impact
