- Build and lead cross-functional R&D teams in rapid prototyping environments
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through stakeholder presentations
- Author industry thought leadership published in top-tier journals
- Manage vendor partnerships with quantum computing pioneers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI applications
- Proven track record leading $10M+ tech innovation initiatives
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech landscape post-2025
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
- Strong network with DARPA/EU Horizon Europe leadership
