Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology
- 5+ years leading disruptive tech initiatives (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi)
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, and global tech councils
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication for translating complex concepts
