- Establish KPIs to measure innovation velocity and future-readiness across organizational units
- Present executive briefings on emerging technologies, regulatory shifts, and societal transformations
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping within the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 3+ years horizon impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, CSO)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary innovation teams
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Innovation, or related field
