Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-focused technology roadmaps
- Architect strategic frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Identify emerging tech trends and commercialization opportunities
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future-tech initiatives
- Ensure ethical compliance in next-gen technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in relevant STEM field
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Published research in peer-reviewed future-tech journals
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for international collaboration
