Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic innovation roadmap using predictive analytics and trend forecasting

- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab with 15+ cross-disciplinary specialists
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026 technology frameworks
- Establish industry thought leadership via white papers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling R&D budgets >$3M and managing 20+ person teams
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum algorithms, or neurotech integration
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- Global network of industry disruptors and academic collaborators
- Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin for international stakeholder engagement
