Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead multidisciplinary R&D teams in prototyping disruptive solutions
- Analyze global megatrends to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business strategy
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present visionary frameworks to investors and key stakeholders
- Drive sustainable and ethical innovation practices across all projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech, or space exploration
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future trends
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Futures Institute)
- Fluency in at least two major global languages
