- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, and space exploration sectors
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic foresight roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling pilot programs to enterprise-level solutions
- Demonstrated success in securing innovation funding ($3M+)
- Strong background in ethical technology governance frameworks
