Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps for portfolio companies across AI, biotech, and quantum sectors
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops on future-proofing business models
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for R&D and pilot projects
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Publish quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee implementation of exponential technologies in production environments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, corporate development, or venture capital
- Proven track record of scaling transformative technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Executive presence with experience advising Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
