Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-encrypted AI systems
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and DARPA on next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Launch at least 3 breakthrough products reaching $100M+ market impact
- Mentor future-focused talent through our 2026 Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI Ethics, or Systems Engineering
- 12+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ unicorn-scale launches
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, or climate AI systems
- Proven track record of securing $50M+ in innovation funding
- Patent portfolio with 15+ granted AI/blockchain patents
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Speaker at TED, Davos, or similar future-focused forums
