- Mentor teams in futures-thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Oversee prototyping of next-gen systems with 5+ year implementation horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies with 5+ year impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology forecasting and implementation
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth environments
