- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough technologies (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Forecast industry disruptions using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive implementation of circular economy principles in product development
- Present future visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor innovation specialists in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with proven 5+ year strategic planning success
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published research in future studies or technology forecasting (IEEE/MIT preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting initiatives launched
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
