- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Measure impact of strategic initiatives using KPIs and predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year innovation strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into narratives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Scenarios, Delphi)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures analyses or strategic frameworks
