- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 10-year market evolution
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proofing principles into organizational DNA
- Conduct trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and human augmentation domains
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with global stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Demonstrated track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
