Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with agile/Scrum frameworks in research environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology trend predictions with accuracy
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and Austin innovation ecosystems
