Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps for next-generation product ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with future market trajectories
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models and operations
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers on 2026 technology trends
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with 5-10 year innovation horizons
- Represent the company at global future-focused forums and conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
