Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 trend forecasts across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains
- Design and lead strategic innovation initiatives with measurable impact on organizational growth
- Present visionary scenarios to executive leadership and board members with actionable recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global think tanks
- Create and maintain the 'Innovation Radar' system for early detection of emerging opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused products and services
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical adoption of transformative technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts or strategic foresight projects
