Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps with quantifiable ROI projections
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate prototype development for future-facing solutions
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging megatrends
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate innovation or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP) or similar
- Portfolio of published futurist analyses or innovation frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon scanning software, Delphi method)
