Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (Web5, neurotech, climate AI)
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Establish Horizon Forward as thought leader through whitepapers, keynotes, and industry panels
- Build and mentor a futurist innovation lab focused on 2026 breakthrough opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical and sociocultural shifts impacting technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business models
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in tech-driven environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Published work in futurism or innovation thought leadership preferred
