Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ tech landscape (AI ethics, quantum adoption, neural interfaces)
- Develop innovation roadmaps for emerging tech integration into commercial products
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks for next-generation markets
- Manage foresight research pipeline with academic and industry partners
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation consulting or corporate strategy with tech focus
- Published research on emerging tech adoption patterns (2020-2025)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence points
- Experience developing tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-tech impact analysis (minimum 3 case studies)
