Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points

- Design strategic frameworks for ethical adoption of disruptive innovations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of 2026-relevant tech stacks (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful innovation launches
