Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and circular economy principles
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design strategic frameworks for sustainable product development and decarbonization
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder presentations on future scenarios
- Build and manage an internal innovation incubator for emerging ventures
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking innovation impact and ROI
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: generative AI, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Strong track record of implementing sustainability-driven innovation initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or innovation management
