Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Architect innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing prototyping sprints for next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present disruption forecasts to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Curate Horizon's annual 'Future Forward' innovation symposium
- Monitor global tech policy developments and recommend adaptive strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-disrupting products
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFPC) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning frameworks and innovation roadmaps
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
