- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof products and services
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive intelligence briefings
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with executive presence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning deliverables
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex insights into compelling narratives
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
