Responsibilities

- Develop data-driven innovation roadmaps and strategic frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Conduct high-stakes scenario planning workshops for executive teams to prepare for future market disruptions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation conferences
- Manage cross-functional research teams using advanced analytics and predictive modeling tools
- Advortise on emerging policy/regulatory changes affecting long-term corporate strategy
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related field with 7+ years of strategy consulting experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling platforms
- Published thought leadership in reputable business or innovation publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on transformational strategy implementation
