Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions using quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and investor forums
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work methodologies
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and scenario planning techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level transformation strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and board members
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and tech convergence factors
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or innovation roadmaps
